Privacy

We collect as little as we can, keep it for as short as we can, and never sell it. This page explains what Rawcut Supply knows about you, why, and how to make us forget it.

01Who we are

Rawcut Supply (“Rawcut”, “we”, “us”) runs this store from 118 Mercer Lane, Unit 4, Portland, OR 97209. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

If you have a question about this policy or your data, write to privacy@rawcut.example. A real person on our small team reads every message.

02What we collect

We only collect what we need to sell you clothes, ship them, and look after them afterwards.

  • Order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and what you bought.
  • Account details, if you create one: your email, saved sizes, addresses and repair history.
  • Payment: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages you send us by email, chat or the contact form.
  • Basic device data: browser, approximate location from your IP address, and pages viewed.

03How we use it

We use your data to process and deliver orders, handle returns and repairs, answer your messages, prevent fraud, and keep our books. If you join the list, we also email you about drops and restocks.

We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use your data to train any model or sell it to anyone, ever.

05Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we need to run the store, under contracts that stop them using it for anything else: our payment processor, our express courier and postal partners, our email provider and our hosting provider.

Our workshops in Portugal receive order quantities and sizes, never your name or address. We may disclose data if the law requires it, and we will tell you when we are allowed to.

06Cookies

Essential cookies keep your bag and session working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies are off until you accept them in the cookie banner, and they measure pages, not people.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can change your choice any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.

07How long we keep it

  • Orders and invoices: 7 years, because tax law requires it.
  • Accounts: until you delete them, or after 3 years without a login.
  • Support messages: 2 years after the conversation closes.
  • List subscribers: until you unsubscribe. The link is in every email.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. We answer within 30 days and never charge for it.

To make a request, email privacy@rawcut.example from the address you shop with. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

09Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Staff access is limited to the people who need it for a specific task, and every login uses two-factor authentication. If a breach affects you, we will tell you without undue delay.

10International transfers

We are based in the United States and some of our providers process data in other countries. Where data leaves the UK or EU, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

11Children

Rawcut is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. Previous versions are available on request.
